I complained to my credit card, and BBB. After going back and forth and back and forth, my claim was dropped because I didn't reply back in time. Hey, I have a job and a life!
They had a couple hundred dollars in surprise charges, including excessive charges for tolls, (even though they said they were in the area), and packaging tape, and and they didn't even complete the job i hired them to do. They said they would come back the next day and they didn't. When I called after waiting for them all day, they wanted to charge me all over again. They are full of crap. AVOID!
